ATA Carnet simplifies qualifying temporary international movements, but each entry and exit must be correctly endorsed. Missing or inconsistent validation can create claims long after the cargo has moved.
Valen reviews the carnet, cargo identity and intended customs office before arrival. Physical inspection and endorsement steps are coordinated with the transport and delivery schedule.
The return movement is planned with the same attention as entry. Counterfoils, vouchers and proof of re-export are checked so that the temporary movement has a complete record.
